Fiber-reinforced concrete

the type of concrete with the addition of fibrous material such as steel, synthetic, glass, carbon, cellulose, and natural fibers that increase its structural integrity. This mixture broadens concrete’s properties. Its final character depends not only on the concrete itself or added fibers, but it also has a lot to do with geometries, distribution, densities, and orientation. FRC is characterised by improved strength, crack reduction, impact resistance, and in some cases even a decorative look.
