Compactor

Compactor

A compactor is a construction machine used for grinding or compacting the ground to obtain a stable basis for the construction. This process is called dynamic grinding or dynamic compaction. Construction compactors are commonly used on construction sites, especially during groundwork. They are equipped with a vibration mechanism that generates vibrations transferred to the ground. These vibrations help increase soil density and stability. A working feet is a flattened part of the compactor which has direct contact with the ground and transfers vibrations.
